SK Design Group was the Civil Engineer for the $130 million expansion of the Marion Park Complex consisting of a 500,000 square-foot office building, 275,000 square feet of office and laboratory buildings, a parking garage, central plant expansion, over two miles of roadways, several new parking lots to accom-modate over 2500 vehicles, and new utilities. SK Design was involved from the masterplanning stage through the construction of this facility and provided extensive analysis of site layout and utilities to provide the Owner the most cost effective solution.
