SK Design Group, as the Civil Engineer on this $50 million housing project assisted in the masterplanning of the facility and was instrumental in reducing its density due to severe site constraints. The revitalization of the apartment complex required the complete demolition of the original “barracks-type” buildings built in the 1950’s. Two hundred nineteen new units replaced the existing buildings on this 40-acre site. The units range in size from one to four bedrooms. A new community center was also constructed as part of this project.

SK Design Group was responsible for site analysis and design of site grading, utilities, parking lots and new roadways.
