SK Design Group assisted in the masterplanning of this facility. SK Design Group was also responsible for the civil engineering design of the site grading, public improvements, 775-stall parking lot, storm drainage study and site utilities design for this 180,000 square foot office building project with a total construction cost of $20 million.

SK Design Group also performed an extensive hydraulic study to determine the flood levels on the nearby Tomahawk Creek.
