Responsibilities included masterplanning, site grading, drainage study, sanitary sewers, water line, and parking lots.

SK Design Group was responsible for the civil and structural design of this 120 unit apartment complex on a 5 acre site, during the $4 million first phase.

During the $7 million second phase, SK Design Group was responsible for the civil and structural design of this 124 unit residential community on two parcels totaling 5.5 acres.

The third phase consisted of 88 units on a -acre site for a construction cost of $3 million.
