SK Design completed all civil engineering services for the ground-up development of a multi-unit medical office building located in Peyton, Colorado. This project included grading, detention and water quality treatment measures, ADA accessibility, parking, and utilities to service the 3 commercial spaces. This project involved close coordination with the architect, owner, El Paso County, and Falcon Highlands Metropolitan District.
