The Crossing at KU Innovation Park—a $17 million infrastructure improvement project—is underway. This project includes construction of the roadway network, a roundabout, public utility extensions, a new pond, and signalization of 21st and Iowa for the first phase of this beautiful development which will house research facilities for KU as well as private development sites.
