Kansas City, Missouri

The Summit project included 5 buildings totaling 252 residential units, on three lots in Quality Hill. The buildings are oriented north and south to work with the existing ground contours, and to provide views of downtown and the west bottoms.

The Apex project included 2 buildings totaling 130 residential units and encompassed approximately 2.5 acres.  SK Design served as the civil engineer for the project and provided construction documents for the private site improvements, public streetscape improvements, and public utility improvements.

SK Design also prepared the preliminary and final development plans, along with all the associated planning meetings and hearings.
