The 15-acre project campus consists of a 60,000 SF pet shelter, a semi-enclosed satellite barn building, outdoor fenced play yards for animals, a service yard with areas for private parking for service vehicles, trash compactors, one incinerator and landscaped areas.

The pet campus building itself includes a public lobby with coffee bar with dual access from the exterior and the interior, retail store, reception desk, public restrooms and two multi-use education rooms. We also proposed 3 separate parking lots with 177 parking spaces total, onsite above ground detention facility, and 3 access drives off Elmwood Avenue.
