This 16-acre, multi-use development with a baseball and softball stadium, tennis courts, soccer field, parking lots and the activity center was constructed in multiple phases. SK Design has served as the civil engineer on most of the development on this site over the past 20 years, including master planning; site layout, grading, on and off site utility infrastructure improvements; street/utility vacation; sanitary sewer relocation and capacity upgrading; water, gas, cable and electric relocation; subsurface storm water detention facilities; and preparation of construction documents for the fields, press box, tennis courts, and athletic center.
