A new 4-story, ~90-room hotel building, with an indoor pool, lounge, conference room, and small convention center. Civil design included a new parking lot, associated sidewalks and drive entrances, stormwater management, and an exterior patio. Our services also included assistance with a final development plan and permitting, survey coordination and civil construction administration.
